Refunds

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. To be eligible for an exchange:
✔ The item must be unused and in its original condition.
✔ It must be returned with the original packaging.
✔ Sale items may not be eligible for exchange.
✔ Exchanges are only available for size-related issues or defective/damaged products.

Certain products may be exempt from exchange, and this will be mentioned at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping for exchanges within 7 days of delivery. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.
